Rose & Co. has deep family ties, in fact most of our team is related! We share a passion for the beauty industry and for helping others.

The rest of the Rose & Co. team are truly extensions of the family, who also happen to be some of the most gifted stylists around.

Although not everyone is pictured below, the success of Rose & Co. is due to the hard work of the entire Company!

Lisa

Owner, Lead Stylist, and Licensed Cosmetologist

With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry Lisa has a vision, drive, and passion that can't be denied. She can execute any look for any occasion! After attending a vocational high-school, Lisa obtained her cosmetology license and worked in salons while achieving her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Upon college graduation she entered the corporate world and became a licensed cosmetology instructor so she could teach night school while maintaining her day job. Being an educator enabled her to share her love, knowledge, and passion for the industry- one of her most rewarding career experiences thus far!

She has an entrepreneurial spirit and is a firm believer in continuing education, regularly attending trainings and seminars to earn certifications. Lisa has also had incredible opportunities such as traveling with the DINAIR Airbrush Makeup team, assisting to instruct workshops as well as demonstrate their amazing products on the tradeshow floor.

Lisa has a wonderful group of family and friends, and two dogs that are too cute for words!

Donna

Stylist, Licensed Cosmetologist, Owner of Hearts To You

It's no secret where Lisa gets her love of hairdressing from....her mom! Donna has been in the beauty industry for over 3 decades, specializing in classic looks with a new-age spin.

Donna is the designer, owner, and creator of Hearts To You, a handcrafted line specializing in unique bridal bouquets. Each piece is custom made so the options are truly endless! She also crafts corsages, centerpieces, veils, and hair accessories for any and every occasion. Her talent and creativity is unparalleled, and she is a breeze to work with! She truly understands and meets clients’ needs with the greatest attention to detail, making the most spectacular keepsakes and accessories.

Donna enjoys volunteering for the Genesis Fund and American Cancer Society. She also loves spending time with her two grandchildren!

Sabrina

Marketing Director, On-site Coordinator

Sabrina devised the nickname "Rose" stemming from a line in a comical commercial, then began using the moniker to lovingly refer to friends and family (hence how the company got its name). Sabrina is the heart and soul of Rose & Co. and is Lisa's right hand ace, consultant, coordinator, side kick, best friend, and sister.

The pair have a long history of working together, not only in their family’s business but also in the corporate world. After working side by side (or should we say, cube by cube) for several years, Lisa and Sabrina knew they NEEDED to have their own business together someday. Flash-forward and some would say that dreams do come true!

Sabrina's two children are the loves of her life and she enjoys anything and everything Disney!
